PU/Lignocellulosic Composites Produced from Recycled Raw Materials

چکیده

Lignocellulosic composites are biodegradable, have low cost, neutrality to CO2 emission, easily processed, available and pause no health risks, therefore these materials been the subject of an increase interest. In addition, there is a continuous demand obtained from renewable resources waste recycling. that sense, in this study polyurethane (PU) residues were mixed with cork pine (up 70 wt/wt) produce 100% recycled composites. Cork well known be light thermal insulator material, so addition granulates decreased both density (circa 51%) conductivity 61%) turn, fibers hydrophilic cylindrical shapes, thus their presence increased water absorption improved mechanical properties From results, proved suitable used as structure insulation advantage being produced raw-materials.
